Course Description

  • The Course consists of 10 daily study sessions.

  • It includes 20 lectures and 10 cooking classes (both cooking demonstrations and hands-on cooking classes)  .

  • It includes a 145 pages textbook and over about 70 recipes.(it will be sent to you by PDF file before the course begins)

  • Upon finishing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion.

  • All classes are given by Patricio Garcia de Paredes.

  • Course are provided through online [Zoom].

Location, Payment & Conditions

Location of Offline/Presential course in Nara city (LV1,LV2 and LV3)

  • Classes will be held in the center of Nara city in Nara prefecture near Osaka and Kyoto.

  Location of our school in Nara

  • The following accommodation is located 15 minutes walk from where classes will be held and you are welcome to consider. Please make reservation by yourself.

・After registering and receiving your money, we will reserve your space.

 In case of canceling, 

       1 month before  ---  50% refund excluding transfer fees

       Within 1 month ---  we do not grant refund.

・We reserve the right to cancel the course. In case of cancellation, full refund is granted.
